Stretch and Mobility
We all know how important it is to stretch. But how many of us regularly do? Most of us stretch when we are feeling stiff and achy and we usually just stretch the area that is bothering us.
More often than not you're not stretching the areas that could be contributing to the bothersome area.
In the Stretch and Mobility session our trainers use a variety of techniques such as, manual assisted stretching, PNF, percussion/vibration, rolling and trigger point release. These methods are designed to help your soft tissue "unwind".
